Role Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling, lead follow-ups, student conversions, CRM management, and achieving individual as well as team admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents through online and offline channels.
Conduct tele-counselling and database follow-ups.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide complete course information.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Check basic course eligibility and guide students accordingly.
Follow up with prospective students through CRM/ERP systems.
Arrange demo sessions, webinars, alumni meets, and other student engagement activities.
Handhold students throughout the enquiry-to-enrolment process.
Assist students in completing admission/application forms.
Explain fee structures, instalment plans, loans, and one-time payment options.
Handle student/parent objections and build trust to improve conversions.
Coordinate documentation, approval, and education loan processes.
Follow up for timely fee collection, especially for students enrolled through EMI plans.
Generate referrals from existing students and alumni.
Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM/ERP systems.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Consistently achieve individual admission/revenue targets.
Contribute towards overall team revenue and admission goals.
