Position: Customer Service Executive – Back Office
Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our back-office operations team in Kochi.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service within the freight forwarding / logistics / 3PL industry
Experience working with a UAE-based 3PL freight forwarder/ logistics company is required
Fluent English communication skills – mandatory
Hindi – preferred
Positive knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations-UAE /International
Solid customer handling and communication skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, overseas agents, operations and internal teams
Good computer and email communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements

Salary

Starting Salary: INR 20,000 per month





Salary increment will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance and suitability for the role.
