We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Surety Bond solutions to contractors, businesses, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client referrals.
Meet contractors and business clients to understand their requirements.
Explain Surety Bond products and assist clients through the sales process.
Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bond issuance.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of Field Sales experience.
Experience in Insurance Sales, B2B Sales, Financial Services, or Surety Bonds preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Solid lead generation and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
