Position: Business Development Executive (BD) – Real Estate
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
Candidates with experience in real estate sales/business development will be preferred.
Two-wheeler preferred for property visits and client meetings.
Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop recent clients.
Coordinate with customers and understand their property requirements.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain valuable relationships with clients and provide regular updat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
