Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Chennai Tambaram

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company projects/offers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in CRM/HRM systems.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain proper call records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.

Skills Required:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Tamil and basic English communication.
Customer-handling and convincing skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
