Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding complaints, requests, orders, or services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.
Provide customers with relevant information about products/services.
Maintain a professional and polite communication style at all times.
Achieve assigned customer service and response-time targets.




Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior team member.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other digital tools.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in customer support, customer service, BPO, or telesales will be an advantage.

Salary
