We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring & Customer Helpline Executive to monitor surveillance systems, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure prompt reporting of incidents. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm and attentive in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV footage and identify any suspicious or unusual activities.
Record and maintain incident logs and daily monitoring reports.
Immediately report security incidents or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming customer calls in a qualified and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Register customer complaints, service requests, and follow up when required.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and customer information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
B tech or Graduate preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
