Job Summary

VR Enterprises is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing timely assistance, maintaining valuable customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure proper assistance.
Coordinate with the Sales, Banking, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up reports.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their enquiries and service requests.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support the team in achieving customer service and business targets.




Ensure skilled communication and a high standard of customer service.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Positive listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Knowledge of Tamil and basic English is preferred.
