Sales Manager
Location : Mumbai,

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base across the assigned market.
Manage and strengthen relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify growth prospects.
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value business deals.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, management reports, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and effective promotional activities.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.




Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions wherever required.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide market feedback and insights to management to support business and product strategies.

Candidate Requirements
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results within deadlines.
Willingness to travel within the assigned market as required.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
