A Visa Counsellor acts as a trusted guide for clients seeking to travel, study,Tourist visa, Visitior Visa or settle abroad. They assess client eligibility, assist with complex documentation, submit applications, and navigate evolving international immigration rules to maximize visa approval rates.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct initial assessments to understand client goals (Study, Tourist, Visitor,) and recommend suitable visa categories and destination options.
Documentation & Filing: Review, verify, and organize mandatory documents (transcripts, financial statements, SOPs, passports, employment records) and manage end-to-end application submission.
Compliance & Policy Updates: Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations, embassy guidelines, and visa policy changes across target countries (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe).
Communication & Case Tracking: Coordinate with clients, official portal accounts, and embassy updates to track application status, address queries, and resolve procedural roadblocks.
Interview Preparation:



Train candidates for embassy or visa officer interviews by conducting mock sessions and refining responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the immigration or education consultancy sector.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of visa filing procedures, embassy documentation standards, and country-specific immigration rules.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, communication skills to articulate guidelines and draft statements of purpose or cover letters.
Attention to Detail: Precision in checking official records and application forms to avoid errors or rejections.

Robust problem-solving ability to handle rejected or complex visa cases.
High success rate track record in study or tourist visa processing.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
