Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
Follow up with customers for service, sales, and feedback.
Make service reminder and follow-up calls.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
Support customer retention and satisfaction activities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer service/automobile industry preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and presentable.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
