Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar standards, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages efficiently and consistently.
Maintain proper knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mixers.
Ensure the bar counter, equipment, and work area are clean and hygienic.
Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Follow proper inventory and wastage-control procedures.
Ensure responsible handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
Take guest orders and provide skilled recommendations when required.




Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Handle billing/POS transactions where required.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards guests.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine-dining or premium restaurant.
Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Knowledge of bar hygiene, stock handling, and basic inventory control.
Adaptable to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
