About IKIRU
IKIRU is a curated home décor and furniture marketplace working with 300+ manufacturers and artisans across India. We manage end-to-end operations to ensure a smooth experience for our customers and vendors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating with customers and vendors through calls and messages.
Follow up with vendors regarding order status and delivery timelines.
Check and update customer support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams for day-to-day requirements.
Help track pending orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
Maintain basic records and updates on Excel/Google Sheets.
Support the operations team in daily coordination and follow-up activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
