Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic F&B; Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and effective service while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per hotel standards.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation of the outlet.
Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and service.
Handle guest queries and requests promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in buffet setup, events, banquets, and other F&B; operations when required.
Follow all hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.




Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Smart, well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented.
