We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of site execution, construction quality and project coordination across our villa projects.
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Salary: ₹40,000/month
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Villa / Residential Construction Experience: Mandatory
TECHNICAL
Robust ability to read and understand Structural Drawings
Architectural drawing coordination
Electrical drawing understanding
Plumbing & sanitary drawing understanding
Knowledge of setbacks and building requirements
Understanding of setback formats and approval processes
BOQ, quantity checking & material planning
AutoCAD knowledge
Basic 3D knowledge preferred
PROJECT EXECUTION
Site inspection & quality control
Work measurement & execution checking
Work scheduling & progress monitoring
Contractor & subcontractor coordination
Team handling & site supervision
Material & workmanship quality checking
Identifying execution errors & preventing rework
Coordination between Architect, Structural Consultant, MEP Teams & Site Team
