Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Schedule meetings or appointments with interested clients.
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for further client requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
