Inspect CNC/VMC machined components as per drawings and specifications.
Perform dimensional inspection using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T; basics.
Check machining parts for quality, accuracy, and surface finish.
Coordinate with CNC/VMC operators regarding dimensional and machining issues.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming components.
Assist in in-process and final inspection of machined components.
Ensure components meet customer and company quality requirements.
Support the production and quality team in troubleshooting machining-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
For experienced candidates: 2+ years of experience in CNC/VMC inspection, machining, production, or quality inspection.
Freshers: Diploma candidates with valuable technical knowledge are also welcome.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Valuable observation and analytical skills.




Willingness to work in a manufacturing/machining environment.
Local candidates from nearby areas are preferred.

Salary
Experienced (2+ Years): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on skills and experience.
Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month, depending on qualification and skills.
