Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business prospects, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client communication.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and company information.
Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM/tracking sheets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover.




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Basic understanding of CRM and sales processes.
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
Experience in IT/Software/Web Development services is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
