Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
Guide team members on calling, follow-ups, and client handling.
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with management regarding targets and team performance.

Experience:
Loan officer: 2 years (Preferred)
b2b sales : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Loan processing: 3 years (Preferred)
B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)
Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
