The SAP SCM Consultant will provide L3 ownership for SAP Supply Chain Management planning processes including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS). The role will support transition into service, stabilize operations, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex planning and integration issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for DP, SNP, and PP/DS processes.
Resolve planning run, heuristic, optimizer, and integration issues.
Support master data governance and planning cycle execution.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring planning failures.
Coordinate testing,
deployment, and production releases.
Support incident, problem, change, and service improvement activities.
Mentor L1 and L2 support teams.

7 to 10 years of SAP SCM experience.
