Recruitment and Onboarding: Design job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and run induction programs for recent hires.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
Compliance and audit: Ensure company policies align with local employment and labor regulations and coordinate customer audit work.
Flexible and energetic to handle 150 employees in 5 locations in Chennai, Ranipet and Sriperambudur with help of a team in each location.
