Cardiac Coordinator – Job Description
Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, cardiac procedures, and follow-ups.
Act as the primary point of contact for cardiac patients and their families.
Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, procedures, and lifestyle changes.
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Assist with admissions, transfers, referrals, and discharge planning.
Ensure compliance with hospital, NABH, and infection-control protocols.
Coordinate cardiac rehabilitation and post-discharge follow-ups.
Support cardiac camps, awareness programs, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
