Key Responsibilities

Ø Provide strategic academic leadership and uphold the vision, mission, and values of the institution.

Ø Supervise and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and academic planning.

Ø Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment systems, examination administration, and continuous improvement of teaching-learning processes.

Ø Foster a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary learning.

Ø Lead and support faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, and performance management.

Ø Lead ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives to enhance curriculum effectiveness, teaching quality, and overall school performance.

Qualifications:

Ø Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field (B.Ed. is mandatory).





Ø Minimum 10+ years of experience in a CBSE/ICSE school, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal).

Ø Strong understanding of CBSE/ICSE curriculum, policies, best practices and creative teaching methodologies.

Ø Solid interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse school community toward achieving shared goals.

Ø Ability to drive admissions, branding, and overall school growth.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
