Job Summary:

We are hiring a Manager – Yard Management to oversee yard operations, vehicle movement, parking, inventory, manpower, safety, and yard utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage yard operations, vehicle movement, parking, and dispatch.
Plan yard utilization and optimize vehicle movement and space.
Monitor inventory, TAT, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Manage manpower, shifts, transporters, and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure EHS, safety, 5S, and security compliance.
Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in Yard Management, Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, or Automobile operations.
Experience managing large yards, high-volume vehicle movements, teams, and multiple shifts.
Solid knowledge of yard planning, fleet movement, inventory control, and logistics.
Valuable communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, ERP/WMS/TMS.
Willingness to work in shifts/24×7 operations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
