Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions as per the university curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, course files, and teaching material, and use modern teaching methods and ICT tools
Conduct internal assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records
Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, and career development
Contribute to research through publications, patents, funded projects, and conferences




Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC)
Supervise laboratories and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
Take part in institutional activities such as examinations, admissions, and student events

Qualifications

Electrical / Electronics Engineering:
B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the relevant branch with first class or equivalent
Ph.D. preferred

Physics / Chemistry:
M.Sc. in the relevant subject with first class or equivalent
Ph.D. and/or NET/SET qualification preferred

Experience
Freshers with strong academic records may apply
Prior teaching, industry, or research experience is an added advantage

Skills Required
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Ability to use digital teaching tools and learning platforms
Research aptitude with publications in reputed journals (preferred)
Mentoring ability and a commitment to student success
