Catalogue Manager

Job description:

The Catalogue Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s online and offline product catalogues. This role ensures that all product information - descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categorization - is accurate, up to date, and optimized for a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Upload, update, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

· Ensure product details (title, description, attributes, pricing, SKU, etc.) are accurate and consistent.

· Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, design, sales) to collect and verify product information.

· Optimize product content for SEO and customer engagement.

· Manage and maintain product images, videos, and digital assets as per brand guidelines.

· Track and report errors, discrepancies, or missing information in product listings.

· Monitor competitor catalogues to benchmark and improve listing quality.

· Assist in product categorization and taxonomy alignment.

· Maintain product lifecycle data including recent launches,



delistings, and updates.

· Support promotional campaigns by ensuring catalogue readiness and data accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce operations, or content management.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.

· Familiarity with CMS or marketplace portals (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) is preferred.

· Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
