BM Coder is looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork and online bidding platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms.
Write effective proposals and generate qualified leads.
Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Maintain client relationships and sales pipeline.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Upwork and bidding platforms.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Robust proposal writing and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Software Development.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
