Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Track account-related activities and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
