Experience in Training & Placement / Student Placement is mandatory.
Education institute or IT training background preferred.
Proven track record of successfully placing students.
Strong company/recruiter network.
Result-oriented and target-driven professional.
Remote candidates must achieve agreed monthly student placement targets.
Part-time candidates can also be considered if they meet the criteria.
Note: We are looking for a TPO/Placement qualified, not just a general HR skilled.
