We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken candidate to join our Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads
Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultations
Explain doctor-recommended skin, hair and aesthetic treatments
Follow up with prospective and existing patients
Convert enquiries into appointments and treatment plans
Explain treatment packages and pricing
Maintain CRM and daily follow-up records
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets

Candidate Profile
Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience
Graduate preferred
Valuable Hindi and English communication
Confident personality and valuable counselling skills
Presentable and qualified
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, telecalling or sales will be an advantage

Preferred location: Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Kaushambi and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹15,059.82 - ₹33,558.63 per month
