Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
Sale Residential & Commercial Projects to the end users
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
Identify recent business prospects and develop relationships with potential clients
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
Valuable Communication Skills

Own conveyance is a must.

Salary Offered: As per the company norms & market standards and Negotiable As per the caliber of Candidate & Current CTC.

Starting Salary-15000/ to 45000/- Per Month
