We Are Looking For

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller who can communicate with business owners, understand their requirements, explain KhataServe's services, and generate qualified leads.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, B2B calling, or lead generation are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential business clients

Introduce KhataServe and explain its services clearly

Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads

Generate and qualify leads through phone calls

Follow up with interested prospects

Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

Schedule meetings or product demos with interested clients

Build and maintain good relationships with prospects

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets

Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups

Requirements





Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Confident and professional phone etiquette

Ability to explain products and services clearly

Valuable convincing and negotiation skills

Comfortable making a high volume of calls

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage

Preferred

Candidates based in or willing to work from Indore

Experience in B2B telecalling, sales, finance, accounting, SaaS, or business services

Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and performance.

Performance incentives may be provided based on lead generation and conversions.
