We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Officer with 1–4 years of experience in real estate/property sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties such as apartments and villas.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

● Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

● Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.

● Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

● Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.

● Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.

● Handle customer queries and negotiate effectively.

● Achieve monthly sales targets.

● Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.

● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closure.





● Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

● 1–4 years of experience in real estate/property sales.

● Experience in selling apartments, villas, or residential projects is preferred.

● Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

● Target-oriented and self-motivated.

● Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

● Candidates with experience in real estate developers, builders, or property consulting firms are preferred.

Pay: ₹23,800.95 - ₹55,910.18 per month
