We are looking for an energetic and responsible Playzone Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, customer service, safety, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily playzone operations and staff.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Manage bookings, birthday parties, and events.
Monitor sales, cash, inventory, and daily reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Customer-focused and responsible.
Adaptable to work weekends/holidays.
