About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Security, Automation, and IT Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Source and develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and international suppliers.
Prepare costing, comparison sheets, negotiate prices, payment terms, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage international imports, shipping, customs documentation, and HSN classification.
Coordinate with finance for vendor payments, budgets, and credit management.
Plan material availability according to project and site requirements.




Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, product quality, and inventory.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements
Relevant procurement/sourcing experience in ELV, IBMS, CCTV, Fire Security, Access Control, Automation, or IT Infrastructure.
Good knowledge of international procurement and import procedures.
Robust negotiation, costing, Excel, and ERP skills.
Valuable understanding of HSN codes, customs documentation, and logistics.
