Key Responsibilities:
Research potential businesses and customers.
Generate leads through online platforms.
Contact potential clients through calls, email and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and share relevant information.
Follow up with prospects.
Update lead and follow-up records.
Work with the sales team to generate business opportunities.
