Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our telesales team.

The role involves driving B2B cold calling, generating new customers, managing follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and improving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team.
Drive daily B2B cold-calling activities.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual salesperson performance and productivity.
Guide the team on product presentation, customer handling, and sales conversion.
Review daily calling, enquiry, follow-up, and order reports.
Ensure consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
Support the team in converting enquiries into orders.
Handle significant customer enquiries and assist in closing high-value orders.
Train, coach, and motivate sales executives.
Conduct regular sales and performance reviews.




Ensure the team follows company sales procedures and pricing guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for confirmed orders.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar sales role.
Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and target-based sales.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Tamil communication is essential.
Basic English communication preferred.
Experience in FMCG, food products, wholesale, or distribution is an advantage.
