Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits.
Provide styling, size and product guidance.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Drive upselling, cross-selling and customer conversion.
Maintain product display, store VM and cleanliness.
Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong fashion sense and styling ability.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Apparel/Fashion Retail experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and fashion knowledge can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
