Job Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, chemists and retailers.
Explain product features, advantages and usage through effective product detailing.
Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions and orders as per company objectives.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product availability.
Coordinate with stockists, distributors and chemists for product movement.
Maintain daily call reports, DCRs, expense reports and other required records.
Cover the assigned Kashipur territory as per the planned call schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant MR/Pharma Field Sales experience.
Maximum age 35 years.
Positive communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Candidates should be familiar with the local market and healthcare network of Kashipur.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
