Daily Operations: Supervise front-of-house teams, open and close shifts, and maintain cleanliness and service standards across dining areas, bars, and room service.
Staff Leadership & Training: Train, coach, and schedule employees, conduct performance reviews, and step in to handle floor duties during peak meal periods.
Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor satisfaction, and resolve any complaints or special requests promptly.
Inventory & Financials: Track inventory levels, manage ordering, minimise waste, and assist in meeting departmental budget and cost goals.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and local liquor laws.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
