Job Description: Event Designer / Associate Event Designer

Beyond The Decor Global is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer with an architectural or interior design background to conceptualise and execute luxury weddings and experiential events.

Key Responsibilities
Develop event concepts, themes, mood boards, colour palettes and spatial experiences.
Create venue layouts, elevations, 3D visualisations and AutoCAD production drawings.
Translate creative concepts into practical, production-ready designs.
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, production teams and on-site execution teams.
Design décor elements for weddings, sangeets, mehendis, haldis and corporate events.
Conduct site visits and ensure accurate measurements and design implementation.
Prepare presentation decks, design references, material details and execution drawings.
Assist in creating visual narratives, table setups, installations and experiential spaces.




Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Event Design.
2–4 years of experience in event, wedding, interior or spatial design.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office.
Understanding of materials, fabrication, décor, lighting and event production.
Positive visualisation, presentation and spatial planning skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and events.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in luxury weddings, large-scale event venues, technical drawings, international events and in office event execution will be an advantage.
