Grihasthi Udyog is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Persons to join our Ghee and Agarbatti divisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, visiting retailers/distributors, generating orders, and achieving sales targets across Rourkela and Western Odisha.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and dealers.
Promote and sell Grihasthi Desi Cow Ghee and Agarbatti products.
Generate new customers and expand the existing market.
Regularly visit assigned markets and outlets.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Take orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Travel within Rourkela and Western Odisha as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in FMCG, Ghee,



Food Products or Agarbatti sales preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to build strong retailer/distributor relationships.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is required.
Willingness to travel within Rourkela and Western Odisha.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales ability may also be considered.
