Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist the Finance & Accounts team in timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with GST-related accounting and reconciliation activities.
Support TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance requirements.
Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and information.
Monitor expenses and ensure transactions are recorded under the appropriate accounting heads.
Coordinate with other departments regarding bills,



payments, collections, and accounting queries.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / ERP.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred.
Experience

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts/Finance.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,844.96 - ₹20,614.71 per month
