Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with patients and provide necessary information about hospital services.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and enquiries.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Pharmacy, and other departments.
Explain available healthcare and wellness services to patients and customers.
Assist in generating leads and converting enquiries into appointments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
