About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Toolroom PPC Manager to manage production planning and scheduling for made-to-order precision tooling products. The role involves coordinating production activities, monitoring delays, ensuring material and drawings are available, and maintaining on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily production for all orders.
Monitor and update production planning software regularly.
Track production delays and take necessary follow-up actions.
Ensure materials, engineering drawings, and tools are available before production starts.
Coordinate with vendors for outsourced processes such as heat treatment.
Provide realistic delivery timelines to the sales team.




Prepare and maintain weekly reports on pending orders and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with production and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Experience:
6–10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a toolroom, precision machining, or make-to-order engineering environment.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Valuable understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, computers, and production planning software.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Good to Have:
Experience with press tools, dies, punch press tooling, or similar precision tooling

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
