We are hiring an experienced and qualified Mother Teacher for a reputed school in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru with convenient access from Rajajinagar Metro.

Mother Teacher
Classes: Pre-Primary Teacher
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall classroom learning and development for young learners
Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and general awareness
Support emotional, social, and academic development through child-friendly teaching methods
Use interactive, activity-based, and play-way learning approaches
Ensure classroom safety, discipline, and student well-being
Monitor developmental milestones and academic progress
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and development
Support school events, classroom activities, and student engagement programs

Requirements:
Graduate with B.Ed mandatory




Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or primary grades
Robust passion for working with young children
Excellent communication, patience, and nurturing abilities
Valuable classroom management skills
CBSE / ICSE teaching experience preferred
