Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple functions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and databases.
Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates with clients.
Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and daily/weekly reports.
Build strong candidate networks and support junior recruiters.

Requirements
4+ years of robust Non-IT recruitment experience.




Consultancy/recruitment agency experience preferred.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Strong communication and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet recruitment TAT.
