Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor construction work and ensure timely completion.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare daily site reports and project progress updates.
Check materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the site.
Coordinate with the management and office team regarding project requirements.
Manage site workers and contractors effectively.
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech Civil, ME/M.Tech Civil, Diploma in Civil Engineering,
or relevant qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience.
Experience in infrastructure/construction projects is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of site supervision and project coordination.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Local candidates from Vadavalli and nearby areas are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
