About the Role

e-Tuitions is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage communication with students, parents, and teachers, drive lead conversions, and ensure a smooth student onboarding and retention experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into paid enrollments.
Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable teachers.
Coordinate with students, parents, and teachers for smooth class operations.
Manage demo classes and follow up with leads for conversion.
Maintain CRM data and lead records accurately.
Resolve customer queries and ensure student satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups to support retention.




Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech/Online Education Sales.
Solid communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Valuable coordination and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with international clients or school curriculums (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
