Job Description:
Yadu Agrotech is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers until conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates from Agra are preferred.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
Work Location: J1 Shanker Square Building, 1st Floor, Agra
Pay: ₹8,894.75 - ₹18,805.69 per month
